Toolbar Buttons

This list describes the functionality of the default navigational buttons used on this system.

		Logout -	Use this Icon to Logout and close all FirstClass files
		Desktop -	displays your FirstClass Desktop (prompts for user ID and password if not already logged in)

		Mailbox -	displays your FirstClass Mailbox

		Calendar -	displays your FirstClass personal calendar

		Up One Level -	moves up one level in the FirstClass conference hierarchy

		Home -	brings you back to the site's home page

		Directory -	displays the FirstClass Directory

		Who's Online -	lists everyone who is currently connected to your server

		Chat -	initiates a private chat

		Site Search -	searches all levels of the web site

		Local Search -	searches the open conference/folder and all subconferencs/subfolders

		New Message -	creates a new message

		New Document -	creates a new document

		Edit Form -	lets you do updates

		Preferences -	lets you change system defaults

		New Personal Address -	adds a name to your personal address book

		Previous Items -	when in page view it takes you to the previous page of items (if there are no previous items the arrow turns gray)

		Next Items -	when in page view it takes you to the next page of items (if there no more items the arrow turns gray)

		Help -	displays this page

		History -	displays the message or calendar event history

		Reply -	creates a reply to a message using your reply preferences

		Forward -	creates a copy of the message for you to send to another user

		Previous in Thread -	opens the previous message in the current thread

		Next in Thread -	opens the next message in the current thread

		Previous Unread -	opens the previous unread item

		Next Unread -	opens the next unread item

		Unsend -	retracts a sent message

		Delete -	deletes an item

		Undelete -	undeletes an item

The following are calendar specific buttons.

		View by Month -	displays the calendar in monthly view

		View by Week -	displays the calendar in weekly view

		View by Day -	displays the calendar in daily view

		New Calendar Event -	creates a new calendar event

		New Calendar Task -	creates a new calendar task
